All parts are shipped within 2 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your part(s). Most areas within the continental US receive their items within 5 business days. No expedited shipping options are available at this time. Large items such as engines, transmissions and axle assemblies will ship via common freight carrier. Parts shipped by freight are pallet strapped and wrapped. Freight shipments must be sent to a COMMERCIAL ADDRESS, such as a business or repair shop with a loading dock or forklift. Most residential addresses are unable to accomodate delivery and unloading of an 18 wheel freight truck. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the location will accept the shipment and can properly unload the part from the tractor trailer. If you don't have a business address we may also be able to ship to a freight terminal near you and you can pick up the item at the terminal. They have the equipment to load your part onto a pickup truck, trailer, etc, and usually there are no additional fees for their service. Please contact us and we can let you know the teminal addresses we have available in your area. We try to answer all messages within 24 hours. Core Charge. Core is an acronym for ‘Cash On Return’. A core charge is sometimes applied to re-buildable parts such as engines or alternators that can be redeemed for a portion of their original price. If the part you are purchasing has a core charge applied, it will be noted in the description. Parts Grading. A standard code system is used to communicate the condition and quality of a part between automotive recyclers, automotive repair shops, and insurers. Knowing how these codes are used will help you understand whether the part meets your expectations before you buy it and what you can expect from the part when you receive it. Doors. Our door assemblies ship complete except for side-view mirrors. There are occasions when a door is pictured with a side view mirror in the listing. This does mean the mirror is included. Side-view mirrors are generally still available for purchase A Grade - The highest quality part. It is of low miles and/or exceptional condition for its age. B Grade - The second level quality part. It is of average miles and normal condition for its age. C Grade - The third level quality part. It has high miles and/or light damage. No Grade - A part that has not yet been graded.
