Expect normal wear/corrosion appropriate with the donor vehicle's age and location from Northwest Pennsylvania (yes stuff rusts here). - Warranty covers engine block, cylinder heads, crankshaft, pistons, rods, bearings, oil pans, and excessive oil consumption according to manufacturer standards and the mileage on the engine. - Every engine is pressure washed and has a heat tab glued to the block that will melt out at 250 degrees Fahrenheit on gas engines and diesel engines at 230 degrees Fahrenheit. This will indicate if the engine has been overheated.
